Caverion Finland has on 1 April 2026 acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Talosäätö Oy. Through the acquisition, Caverion further strengthens its technical maintenance services offering, particularly in Eastern Finland.
The company employs seven professionals and has an annual revenue of approximately EUR 1.8 million.
Talosäätö has long-standing expertise in electrical and security installations as well as a wide range of monitoring and security system solutions for both properties and municipal infrastructure.
Talosäätö has been part of Caverion’s partner network for around two decades, and the long-term collaboration has demonstrated compatibility between the companies’ ways of working, experts and technical solutions.
“We are very pleased to welcome Talosäätö’s skilled professionals as our new colleagues. We have worked together for many years, and Talosäätö’s personnel are already well acquainted with Caverion’s operating model. The company’s strong local presence in the Eastern Finland and its solid technical expertise support our strategy of being a long-term lifecycle partner to our customers,” says Juha Vesanen, Head of Technical Maintenance Services, Eastern Finland, Caverion.
“We wanted to choose the best possible new owner for Talosäätö, both from the perspective of our customers and our employees. Caverion provides Talosäätö with an excellent platform for continued development and growth. Our cooperation with Caverion began several decades ago through subcontracting projects, and over the years it has clearly demonstrated the compatibility of our operating models and personnel,” says Jukka-Pekka Hurskainen, CEO of Talosäätö Oy.
The Chair of the Board, Arto Möttönen, echoes the same sentiment:
“In addition to ensuring continuity of operations, it was important for us to safeguard jobs. We are proud of the professionalism of our employees and of the fact that we are now gaining 5,000 new, highly skilled colleagues at Caverion Finland.”
